About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Wound and Ostomy Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-centered team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN passionate about wound and ostomy care to make a significant impact in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Provide individualized patient and family education during inpatient stays and upon discharge.

Coordinate care plans and exchange critical information with colleagues and other departments.

Make patient care decisions grounded in ethical principles.

Respect and incorporate patients' cultural, spiritual, and personal values in care planning.

Engage patients and families as partners in the care process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Wound and Ostomy Certification (preferred)
• Current NYS RN License
• BCLS Certification

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
